The State of Oklahoma, acting through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, is seeking qualified respondents to form a partnership that designs, builds, operates and maintains a sustainable statewide Public Safety Broadband Radio Access Network to support the state in relation to the development of an alternate state plan to the First Responder Network Authority National Public Safety Broadband Network offer.
